White Negroni Cocktail

Happy birthday, sis! If we didn't live a million miles apart, I'm almost certain we would be cheers-ing another birthday by sipping this cocktail while our husbands handle dinner and bedtime with the kiddos. Cheers!

White Negroni

Notes: Suze is a French aperitif liqueur made from gentian root. I'm going to spend all summer sipping it on the rocks with a lemon twist.

Adapted from Death and Co

1.5 ounces gin

3/4 ounce dry vermouth (I accidentally used sweet vermouth during the photo shoot!)

3/4 ounce Suze Saveur d'autrefois liqueur

Stir ingredients over ice, then strain into a double rocks glass over 1 large ice cube. Garnish with a lemon twist.
